November is National Family Caregivers Month

November is National Family Caregivers Month. The Caregiver Action Network (CAN) provides free education, peer support, and resources to family caregivers. This year, CAN is highlighting the importance of self-recognition and self-identity, which are key factors in caregivers' access to essential support. CAN has put together free resources to support caregivers including a caregiver help desk, mental health screening, Caregiver Action Network Community, and more.
