Americans with disabilities brave significant barriers to accessing health care services and preventing their ongoing health conditions. The Living Well with a Disability (LWD) program seeks to address this health disparity through peer-led programs designed for adults with disabilities. Meg Ann Traci and Tracy Boehm Barrett of the University of Montana Rural Institute For Inclusive Communities will cohost with Karl Cooper of the American Association on Health and Disability to present this webinar entitled, “Building Inclusive Programs to Serve Adults with Disabilities.” This webinar will explain more about the development and success of the LWD program and how to properly implement this evidenced-based program. The “Building Inclusive Programs to Serve Adults with Disabilities” will be on July 18, 2017, 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
