The National I&R Support Center will host a webinar on Helping People Access Home and Community Based Services: Migrating, Coding, Storing, and Searching for Data in Minnesotahelp.info.  Effectively managing data to support individuals’ access to community resource information and needed services is a challenge shared by many information and referral/assistance programs. Join this webinar to hear how Minnesota’s aging and disability network approached this challenge through development and maintenance of MinnesotaHelp.info. Our speakers will share information and lessons learned from over 16 years of experience with data management, maintenance, and sharing. Presenters for this webinar will be Krista Boston, Director, Consumer Assistance Programs, Minnesota Board on Aging, and Bethany Hawley, Supervisor, Data Management Program, Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging. This webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, February 15, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET. Real-time captioning will be provided for this webinar. Pre-registration is required for this webinar.
