This Online Study Guide was developed by the National I&R Support Center to assist aging and disability Information and Referral/Assistance (I&R/A) specialists in building the full range of competencies needed to effectively serve older adults and persons with disabilities, and their family caregivers. It is intended for individual I&R/A professionals and trainers throughout their careers including as they prepare to become AIRS Certified I&R Specialists.

Each chapter focuses on the topics listed below, and includes:
